  Rich visited today to sort out some problems with my PC. I’m reasonably comfortable with using the PC but the hour with Rich was very useful and informative. He also opened up my PC and found some hardware problems that another company offering computer repair has missed. I’d recommend this guy. His rates are reasonable and he knows his stuff.

  Richard has been brilliant. He’s fixed a few devices for me now and also helped me over the phone a few times. It’s been such a relief to have someone available to help with tech problems as I’d often just get overwhelmed and give up and somehow manage without in the past.
